I’ve spent decades developing my approach to accelerating growth for emerging companies. Every past experience informs my work today. I began my career doing strategy consulting for pharmaceutical companies at Monitor Group; lead marketing at 1800flowers.com as they grew into a $400M brand; jumped headfirst into the SF startup world as the first marketing hire at Doctor on Demand; then helped incubate a slew of DTC companies at Atomic.

I founded Lantern to play an important role in the lives of early-stage startups, and to build a community of talented marketers and creatives who work with me to help companies hit their next milestone. I love toggling between high-level strategic thinking and rolling up my sleeves to bring a plan to life.

I've devoted my career to helping B2B2C and DTC startups scale quickly through full-funnel growth marketing. I began as an early growth marketing hire at MakeSpace (employee #10), which was acquired by Clutter in 2022, and Head of Growth at Care/of (employee #6), which I helped grow to a $225M acquisition by Bayer in less than 2 years. Most recently, I built the growth marketing function at Redesign Health, the world's leading healthcare venture studio, where I helped over 20 new digital health companies in our portfolio launch and grow, culminating in Redesign’s $1.7B series C valuation after less than 3.5 years operating.

I joined Lantern to do what I love best - working directly with healthcare Founders to help bring their ideas to life, find product-market-fit, and build the growth flywheels needed to reach their next major milestone and serve more customers everywhere.
