We are looking for an analytically-minded growth / performance marketing generalist to work directly with our Partners to help us scale a new kind of consulting firm.

You'll wear multiple hats and work across multiple organizations leading a variety of client-facing work and internal initiatives while building world-class DTC and B2B2C marketing skills.

This role is a perfect fit for a seasoned growth / performance marketer looking to transition into the early-stage start-up world, or a start-up vet looking to up-level their skills in growth marketing. You’ll work directly with several start-up CEOs to help them grow their business, and after mastering this role, you'll likely have the opportunity to join the leadership team of an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities
  • Develop full-funnel acquisition marketing strategies for our clients, optimizing core and proven channels while consistently testing new channels and formats.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights to inform future strategy
  • Own user acquisition results, marketing budgets, and forecasting
  • Plan and implement conversion rate optimization tests and iterate based on results
  • Work with development team to guide and QA site / app tracking
  • Manage creative team members to maximize the impact of ads, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing (email/sms) touchpoints that we develop for our clients.
  • Combine hands-on-keyboard work with management, depending on scope of project
  • Lead, develop, and mentor early-career growth marketing talent who specialize in managing growth marketing sub-functions like paid social, paid search, CRO and lifecycle marketing.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in growth / performance marketing
  • Experience with Seed / Series A companies required; additional experience with later-stage experience preferred
  • Expertise directly managing paid social and/or paid search is required; experience across other direct response channels (digital and offline) preferred
  • Experience in DTC businesses required; health and wellness experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with B2B and B2B2C marketing is valuable but not required
  • Experience working with various attribution and marketing-mix models
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in a variety of website analytics tools
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
