We are looking for a Marketing designer to design high-performing creative assets for DTC brands.

Responsibilities
  • Translate brand guidelines and tone of voice into high-quality design.
  • Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups to engage with stakeholders, get input and iterate
  • Design high-quality visual assets in a variety of formats across digital marketing channels, particularly digital ads (static and video; social and other ad formats) and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with growth marketers to test and improve assets.
  • Come up with design ideas and asset concepts baked on briefs and business needs
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years professional experience in graphic design at a brand or creative agency
  • Experience designing across multiple formats and channels, based on a marketing brief and business objectives; experience with Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok required
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design preferred
  • High proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
  • Strong sense of composition, typography, and color
  • Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Illustration, animation, photography, videography, and/or UI/UX experience a plus
