We are looking for a customer-obsessed brand & content marketer with a passion for content marketing and creative storytelling to help us scale a new kind of marketing agency.

You'll wear multiple hats and work across multiple organizations conducting client-facing work  while building world-class marketing skills.

In this role, you'll work across a number of marketing disciplines. You’ll work with our best-in-class growth leaders and directly with several start-up CEOs, turning customer insights into effective stories that nurture, convert and activate new customers to grow their businesses. 

This role is a perfect fit for an early-career marketer who is looking to expand their breadth of functional marketing expertise.    

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the build out of foundational brand messaging frameworks for new clients, leveraging competitive research and consumer insights.
  • Build creative briefs and write copy for website landing pages, ads, sales enablement materials, emails and SEO articles, combining insights from the brand messaging framework with channel best practices that speak effectively to customers and convert.
  • Serve as a creative program manager across channels (ads, emails, landing pages) - working with UGC creators, Lantern design and development partners to deliver high quality creative in multiple formats, on spec and on time.
  • Analyze campaign results and pull together presentation materials for clients
  • Execute lifecycle marketing strategies for new client email / sms flows that are designed to nurture leads to become customers and keep new customers engaged, retained and referring.
  • Support semi-regular (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.) creative review exercises, documenting insights from top performing creative across Lantern clients, as well as competitive research to continuously refine and improve the institutional knowledge of creative best practices within the Lantern team. 
  • Support the Lantern leadership team with select projects to build the Lantern brand externally, including owning linkedin content strategy, sales enablement materials (webinars, tear-sheets, overview decks), and developing new case studies.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in brand / integrated / content, product marketing, or growth marketing 
  • Experience in social media
  • Experience running basic quantitative analysis in tools like excel / google sheets
  • Experience writing consumer-facing copy required
  • Strong customer-empathy and client management / communication skills 
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
